Research Group
- She maintains active research collaborations with internationally renowned institutions, including Trinity College Dublin and the Walton Institute. She also collaborates with the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) and is actively involved in a ₹4.4 crore collaborative research project initiated with the National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT Calicut).
Introduction [Biosketch]
- Debjani Goswami (Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India, in 2013, the M.Tech. degree (Gold Medal) in Telecommunication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree in Wireless Communication Networks from the G. S. Sanyal School of Telecommunications, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, in 2022.
- She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Silchar, India. Prior to joining NIT Silchar, she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Calicut, India, from August 2023 to March 2026.
- Her research interests include radio resource management and performance optimization for beyond-5G and 6G wireless communication networks, self-organizing communication networks, intelligent wireless systems, and next-generation mobile communication technologies.
