Introduction [Biosketch]

Dr. Partha Saha received the B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, India, in 2012, the M.Tech. degree from the National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India, and the Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, India. He has worked under the TEQIP Faculty Program at Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, and has served as a Lecturer at Morigaon Polytechnic and as an Assistant Professor (contractual) at Assam Engineering College, Guwahati. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India. His research interests include Nanophotonic devices, photonic integrated circuits, plasmonics and biosensors.
