- Dr. Tourangbam Harishore Singh received his B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech. degree in VLSI and Embedded Systems from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Manipur. He earned his Ph.D. degree from the International College of Semiconductor Technology (ICST), National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Hsinchu, Taiwan (R.O.C.). He worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Institute of Electronics, NYCU, from February 2025. He also served as a Research Associate in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Guwahati, since November 2025. He joined the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Silchar, as an Assistant Professor in January 2026.
