SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Sucharita Chakraborty is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Silchar. Before joining NIT Silchar, she has worked as Scientist/Engineer at Space Application Centre (SAC), ISRO Ahmedabad Gujarat-380015, India from July 2020 to November 2023 and Postdoctoral researcher at Linkoping University, Linkoping, Sweden, from May 2019 to June 2020. She has received B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology in 2011 and M. Tech. in Communication Engineering from Kalyani Govt. Engg. College, West Bengal, in 2013. She has received Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engg. from IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal in 2019. Her research interest includes Integrated Satellite-Terrestrial Network, Signal Processing in Cell-free MIMO, Synchronization, Estimation and Intelligent reflecting Surfaces.
